How to ask for warranty (return, repair, and refund)

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.

4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

Németországba érkezett hajóval és onnan közúton jött tovább hozzám. Kaptam nyomkövetési számot. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész az eladó e-mailben. Nem kellett adót fizetni, vagy ügyet intézni a postán. Minden alkatrész nagyon jól be volt csomagolva. Nagyon jól működik. Meg vagyok lepődve. Sokkal-sokkal jobb, mint a régi. A régi alig néhány kilométert tudott megtenni. Remélem, nem megy olyan gyorsan tönkre, mint az előző. 2020-ban vásároltam a biciklit (GW20), az akkumulátor alig bírt 4 évet. Sikerült helyben találnom egy szerelőt, aki a régi akkumulátort újra tudta hasznosítani és a még működő cellákat beletenni egy másik rollerembe. Igazából nincsen értelme fényképet vagy videót csinálni róla, mert olyan, mint a képeken, vagy a CMaceWheel Youtube csatornáján. Szerintem ez egy jó márka, nagyon ügyes és kedves emberek csinálják ezeket a bicikliket.
