Hydraulic Disc Brakes

A hydraulic brake system has advantages over traditional brakes. Hydraulic brakes are more efficient than most brakes when coming to a complete stop. Hydraulics also offer better cost economically and space compared to other types of brakes.

Hydraulic disc brakes dissipate heat more thoroughly and distribute it more evenly than conventional mechanical brakes, which means longer service life for hydraulic brakes. This is due to the heat and pressure resistant properties of the brake fluid in hydraulic brake systems. The end result improves the safety of vehicles with hydraulic disc brake systems.

Hydraulic brakes are also one of the easiest systems to service because of the readily available disc brake components. Hydraulic brakes are considered sealed closed systems because they do not lose fluid during normal operation. Therefore, leaks only occur when the brake system is damaged.

Simply put, mechanical disc brakes are operated by a steel cable that connects the brake lever to the brake caliper.
Hydraulic disc brakes use a sealed fluid system to transfer the braking force from the lever to the caliper.

We used many brakes for our bikes before, Like mechanical disc brakes, it’s not so power brake, so we changed to hydraulic brakes.

And then, used brand Kamros, Dyisland, then we keep using KTET now, it’s the best ones we find for now for the bikes.

Three Riding Models

Firstly, CMACEWHEEL Q20 Max has three riding modes as our other fat tire electric bikes. They are electric, pedal-assisted, and ordinary models.

Secondly, this dual motor folding e-bike has a 5 gear PAS. Different modes can be selected according to the needs.

Simply, different electric assist levels are used in combination with mechanical gears to maintain stability. Step and deal with various terrains, extend battery life and run farther.

In a word, you can get enough riding exercise and enjoy a pleasant riding experience.

PS: We graded the controller and display to make the motors to work, by front only, rear only, both , both low power, and any mode will allow pedal assist.

Suspension

Front and Rear Shock Absorber

Obviously, Q20 max has front and rear shock absorbers. It improves the bike’s traction, control, and rider comfort, and is the best choice for ultimate performance.

Firstly, the full shockproof system keeps your tires stay in contact with the ground when riding on rugged ground, and bumps. Meanwhile, when long distances riding, it will improve traction, instead of rebounding from bumps and losing grip, and reducing the risk of making mistakes on rough terrain.

Secondly, when you hit the roots and rocks at high speed, the full-suspension electric bicycle will also significantly weaken the force through the pedals and handlebars.
