I have owned this bike since September 2023. Although I have only used it for about 500kms on tarmac roads I have found if comfortable and reliable.
The delivery was relatively trouble free but if there was a problem it was due to UPS who would only deliver to a depot. I do NOT live in a remote area here in Tuscany. It was delivered from within the eurozone and all taxes were paid.
The packaging was adequate to protect the goods within and all items necessary for assembly were included. I am a practical technical person and posed no problem but the manual is very minimal and may be a challenge for the less technical. But logic will be a good guide.
The brakes are adequate but 180mm discs would be better. The bike is programmed to keep you within the prescribed speed limits in Europe. The front and rear suspension also offer a comfortable ride. The claimed range of 100kms is difficult to gauge as conditions vary. I changed the tyres to road type from the mountain trail ones supplied and do think this adds to the efficiency. As an average guide I would say don’t expect too much beyond 80-85kms as road surface weight and wind resistance play a part in the expected range.
Overall I think this bike offers a well built stylish comfortable and reliable bike. I can see myself buying another one for my partner in the near future.
Very impressed with this beautiful robust bike. Very suitable for larger people. The computer has many options and the top speed is around 40 km per hour. The rear motor is powerful and makes virtually no noise. The bicycle was well packaged and delivered complete with all necessary parts. Includes a handy tool repair set. At high speed the battery runs out fairly quickly, but faster than 25 kmph is also not allowed. Hopefully I can enjoy it for years to come.

I was pleased with the gas and cruise control - this is what I wanted 👍😀 I give 5 stars. The support is also great, they immediately sent me instructions for the display on request👍since when I got it, I stopped driving the car😉😀 you are great, keep up the good work.
I bought this bike after watching good videos on YouTube that listed its many advantages and almost total lack of defects. I have to say after 15 days of use that I am totally satisfied with the purchase. a truly fantastic eBike!
