How to ask for warranty (return, repair, and refund)

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.

4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

3.Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. This is my first electric bicycle but i have other electric transport vehicles. I absolutely love it. The quality of the build is extremely good, the range is awesome! This bike will take you very far. I find the most comfortable mode is pedal assist. I am tall, and i think that this bike is best for tall people as it is a fairly large machine. Virtually all aspects of the setup of the bike are adjustable for the rider. The fat tires give you a very smooth ride and on dirt tracks it glides. This bike is so powerful that you don't even feel steep hills. Many people ask me about this bike because it just looks GREAT as well. Gear changing is simple, and all the controls are good. The price to quality/features is incredible.

My recommendation is... Get one!

Decent bike, with a few problems. First the display panel has quite large white dot showing all the time, this does not affect usage but does not give impression of quality. Secondly the bench was firmly attached at the beginning but after less than 50 km it start to wobble from the pivoting mechanism. It makes the bench wobble like loose tooth. Final problem is a bit more serious: The hydraulic rear brake worked from the beginning quite poorly even compared with the front brake and now the rear brake does not brake at all. Also, the front brake handle wobbles quite a lot compared with the rear brake handle. Can't raise thumbs up with the customer service on this one, they don't have any solutions to this even so that the brake problem can cause very dangerous situations.

I couldn t be happier with my purchase! Assembling was around 45 minutes
