How to ask for warranty (return, repair, and refund)

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

Minden alkatrész nagyon jól be volt csomagolva. Először megijedtem, hogy a hátsó fék 2 külön darabban volt, de sikerült egyedül felszerelni, logikus volt. Ami nehéz volt, hogy a féktárcsa kicserélése után (mert más méret és a régivel nem kompatibilis) sokat kellett próbálkoznom, mire rájöttem hogyan kell a hátsó kereket visszatenni a vázra. Korábban a vezérlőt ragasztópisztollyal vízállóvá tettem, ezért nem akartam megbontani. Az elektromos kábeleket kettévágtam és összeforrasztottam a régivel. Nekem így kényelmesebb volt. Nagyon jól működik. Meg vagyok lepődve. Sokkal-sokkal jobb, mint a régi bowdenes megoldás. A régi folyamatosan elállítódott és nyikorgott. Remélem, hogyha elkopik a fékbetét Magyarországon is tudok hozzá venni alkatrészt és könnyű cserélni. Igazából nincsen értelme fényképet vagy videót csinálni róla, mert olyan, mint a képeken, vagy a CMaceWheel Youtube csatornáján. Szerintem ez egy jó márka, nagyon ügyes és kedves emberek csinálják ezeket a bicikliket.
